This agreement applies as between you, the User or viewer of this website and Glover Enterprises, also referred to as Young Thinkers Guild, or ‘us’ or ‘we’, the owner of this website is located at 3 Gunnell Close, Kettering, Northants, NN15 7DJ. UK.

4.1. It is possible to purchase items from this website without creating an Account, however in doing so you will be unable to track your orders. It is recommended that to purchase goods on this website that you create an Account which will contain certain personal details and payment information. By continuing to use this Website you represent and warrant that all information you submit is accurate and truthful, you have permission to submit payment information where permission may be required and you will keep this information accurate and up-to-date. Any information submitted by you will be held securely by Glover Enterprises for the purpose of transactions only. If you have reason to believe that your Account details have been obtained by another without consent, contact Glover Enterprises immediately to suspend your Account and cancel any unauthorised purchases that may be pending. Please be aware that purchases can only be cancelled until they are despatched. In the event that an unauthorised purchase is despatched prior to your notifying us of the unauthorised nature of the purchase, Glover Enterprises accepts no liability or responsibility.

4.4. Glover Enterprises reserves the right to terminate your access to the website, without any advance notice. If Glover Enterprises terminates your Account you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons. If Glover Enterprises terminates your Account, any current or pending purchases on your Account will be cancelled and will not be despatched. If you terminate your Account, any non-despatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases

4.5. When setting up an Account, please note that the username must not use obscene or vulgar language. Any failure to do so could result in suspension and /or deletion of your Account.

5.1. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

5.2. Whilst Glover Enterprises uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website is secure and free of errors, viruses and other malware, all Users are advised to take responsibility for their security, that of their personal details and their computers.

5.3. When using the enquiry form, comments, submitting copy for inclusion or any other System on the Website you should do so in accordance with the following rules: You must not use obscene or vulgar language or submit content that is unlawful or otherwise objectionable. 6.1. Glover Enterprises reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and despatch. If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to despatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

We use PayPal account payment and credit and debit card authorisation on PayPal’s website. We do NOT obtain your Bank details or Credit Card information. We transfer you to PayPal who authorise your details for us.

7.3. Young Thinkers Guild is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679 EU) (GDPR)). We collect information about you to enable us to process your order and to provide the best possible service. Your details are kept securely. We do not hand out any addresses or forward e-mail addresses to third parties unless they are involved directly in service to you the customer (e.g. delivery companies). Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that these Terms and Conditions adhere strictly with the relevant provisions of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, in the event that any of these terms are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that term is to be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions. This term shall apply only within jurisdictions where a particular term is illegal.
