Settling in at the Bean Hive

It has been a very busy summer. We left The Yards at the beginning of August and spent the rest of August up to our elbows in paint and setting up our new area at The Bean Hive, 58 High Street, Kettering. If you haven’t visited yet, it has a wonderful atmosphere, we have some great fellow traders, fantastic visuals courtesy of our resident visual whizz Amber and lots of lovely products – and the outside of the shop is pink! So no excuse for not being able to find it!

Sadly in September we also made the decision to withdraw from The Galleria in Burton Latimer. We hadn’t been able to give our unit there the attention it deserved and felt that it was time to leave and make space for new traders to take our place. The Galleria is run by lovely people, Kerry and Steve and we wish them all the luck in the world.

We have now been open a month at The Bean Hive, it has been a hectic month settling in. We have loved meeting new customers and are very grateful to our regulars who have followed us from The Yards. We are stocking lots of favourites such as Crazy Aaron’s Thinking Putty, Worry Eaters, Lanka Kade, Lottie dolls, Tangles and Iwako rubbers, as well as new products such as Unicornos, Circuit Maze, and Chewigem products. With lots of new and exciting products on their way we look forward to stocking up for all of your Christmas needs (I know it feels far too early to mention Christmas but in retail it is never too early to think about Christmas!).
