Standard UK Delivery
We deliver to anywhere in mainland UK for a standard delivery charge of £4.95. All orders over £75 (excluding postal cost) are delivered FREE of charge.
Small orders will be sent by signed for 2nd class Royal Mail. Larger parcels are sent by tracked Courier Service. Parcels will require a signature upon receipt.
Please allow 3-10 working days for your order to arrive.
Due to the Post Office Strike last date for orders to arrive in time for Christmas is 16th December.

Return and Cancellation
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, unused and in its original packaging. We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or issue a refund via PayPal.
Faulty or defective items: If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily exchange the item for a replacement or issue a refund via PayPal. We will refund both original postage paid and will also refund your standard return postage. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt under our normal returns procedure for exchange or refund. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
Change of mind: You have a right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of receiving your purchase. Goods returned to us because of a change of mind must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, up to the total price of the goods, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you. We will refund the original postal delivery charges but you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We must receive written notice of cancellation within 14 days of receipt of the goods (with or without the goods concerned). Where written notice of cancellation only has been sent, item(s) must be returned within 30 days from initial receipt of the goods. No refund will be made without receipt of goods.

Items lost in transit: We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery. You are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded Delivery. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received at our returns address. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
Refunds, replacement and exchanges: Refunds for items that are defective or faulty and returned within 30 days or the result of a change of mind and returned/notified as a cancellation to Young Thinkers Guild within 14 days and returned within 30 days, will be processed as a refund, replacement or exchange within 10 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by Young Thinkers Guild. Should the item be out of stock, Young Thinkers Guild reserves the right to issue a refund instead of an exchange of goods. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase, or by cheque. Please send your return by post or courier. You need to complete the reverse side of the delivery note with the details of the item(s) you are returning and enclose the note with your returned parcel.
